Employee Surveys
A key objective of the Office of the Auditor General of Canada is to provide a work environment where employees are satisfied and engaged. This objective reflects some of the values that define how the Office conducts its work: a respectful workplace; trust and integrity; and leading by example. The target is to maintain a minimum level of 80% employee satisfaction. To evaluate its performance in achieving this objective, the Office surveys its employees every two years.
