  • Training of provincial staff to answer spill line.
  • Need for review of the relevance of current regulations covered by the agreement.
  • Management committee no longer meeting.
  • Due to the limited scope, little impact on industry and federal government.
  • Problem with flow of information to federal government (e.g. industry circumventing spill line).
  • Lack of ongoing analysis of provincial downsizing/reorganization of provincial government, and its potential to cause problems (e.g. loss of communication, contacts, capacity, knowledge).
  • No evaluation of the agreement.
