  • Environmental Effects Monitoring (Cycle 1) off to a slow start - no meetings of the Technical Advisory Panel.
  • Spill line problems to resolve (e.g. industry circumventing, reporting protocol not established).
  • Lack of ongoing analysis of provincial downsizing/reorganization of provincial government and its potential to cause problems (e.g. loss of communications, contacts, capacity, knowledge).
