Professional development

We offer a top-notch professional development program that focuses on competency development and training related to work objectives through a combination of formal courses, self-directed studies and on-the-job training. We support you in performing your current job to the best of your ability and prepare you to assume greater responsibility in the future.

The OAG will also provide a tuition subsidy for courses related to employees’ current position.

Professional and association fees

Your standing and involvement in your professional field are very important to us. We support your participation by paying your professional fees—e.g. accounting, engineering, law—as well as the annual fees required for membership in many professional associations.

Language training

You will have the opportunity to learn or improve your second language, French or English, during the workday. We offer in-house sessions in which small groups with the same level of language skills work with an instructor on a regular weekly basis.
