Flexible work arrangements
We offer a flexible work environment that allows for flex-time, compressed workweeks and part-time arrangements. When your work requires that you work additional hours, we offer compensatory time off or, in some cases, paid overtime.
Generous arrangements exist for family-related absences such as:
- birth or adoption of a child
- marriage leave
- care of sick family members
- bereavement leave
There are also provisions to cover maternity and parental leave, care and nurturing of pre-school age children, long-term care of a parent, and other personal needs. For example, parents are provided with 50 weeks of combined maternity/parental benefits at 93% of salary on the birth or adoption of a child.
