Exhibit 7.1—Canada’s vast railway network

This map shows Canada’s railway network, which comprises the Canadian National Railway Company, the Canadian Pacific Railway Company, and other Canadian railways. Tracks run mainly along the central and southern part of the country and continue into the United States. Canadian National Railway Company tracks also run in northern British Columbia and Alberta and into the Northwest Territories. Tracks of other Canadian railways also run into northern Manitoba and eastern Quebec into Labrador.

The map also shows Transport Canada’s regional offices in Port Westminster (British Columbia), Winnipeg (Manitoba), Toronto (Ontario), Montreal (Quebec), and Moncton (New Brunswick).
