Summary: The petitioner is concerned about Fisheries and Oceans Canada’s lack of response to recommendations made by the Cohen Commission. The Commission, which cost $26 million, studied the decline in Sockeye salmon in the Fraser River in British Columbia and issued its final report in October 2012.
